Liberty Basement Systems Before & After Photos

When our team arrived in Canton, PA, we were greeted by a stone foundation struggling with persistent water intrusion, both through the wall and floor, as you can see in the before photo. Our solution? We transformed this soggy basement into a dry, welcoming space by installing our WaterGuard system, incorporating a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and sealing the deal with CleanSpace. Using the PowerBrace System for permanent stabilization,  Liberty Basement Systems was able to solve this homeowners bowing foundation wall problem. 

This Danville, PA customer noticed his garage wall bowing inward, and was concerned it would cave in. After a free estimate was scheduled, inspector Frank O. went to assess the customers bowing wall problem. It was determined that Geolock Channel Wall Anchors would be installed to protect the wall from further inward movement. 

A steel supplemental beam and SmartJack support posts were installed to level and stabilize the floor above the crawl space. 

As a result of the SmartJack crawl space support posts, the floor over the crawl space will be stable and level. In addition, the CleanSpace vapor barrier will prevent ground water seepage from evaporating into the crawl space air, as well as protecting the space from mold growth.
