This State College, PA customer noticed a small crack under his radiator. The crack was visible and was causing water to enter his basement. His fulltime residence is in  Virginia, but maintains this space while visiting his Alma Mater. After calling Liberty Basement Systems, Inspector Jeff P. met with the customer.
