This customer's crawl space sump system was no longer working effectively. Our crew removed the old and defective sump system and replaced it with a SuperSump Pump System to ensure this crawl space is always dry.

Our production crew installed TrenchDrain Surface Drainage System  along with a SuperSump Pump System  around the water heater in this customers basement. The team installed a interior perimeter drainage system called WaterGuard during this basement waterproofing job as well. TrenchDrain is designed to connect to the WaterGuard System, and drain the water that was collected to the SuperSump Pump and out through the Exterior Discharge Line. The discharge line carefully carries the water away from your home at a safe distance. To ensure this basement stays dry all the time, our crew installed WaterGuard Drainage System with a TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

As a result of a damp and exposed dirt floor basement and crawl space, the rim joists weakened, resulting in a sagging floor. With SmartJack Support Posts, we were able to permanently stabilize and level the floor.
