Paul in Carlisle had some definite water woes in his basement in Carlisle, PA. A small drain from his bilco stairs led directly in to his basement. Along with that small drain, there were several other areas of seepage that led to basement flooding. An existing sump pump was not in optimal positioning, and therefore was not providing adequate drainage of the space.
Liberty Basement Systems provided a permanent solution by adding an internal drainage system and installing a higher powered Triplesafe sump pump in the basements optimal position. This basement will be dry for the life of the home.
Joseph from Carlisle was looking for a way to ventilate his basement while still being able to control moisture and humidity in his basement. The property had currently had a basement window installed of standard size and offered little natural light to flow in to the basement. A standard window well with no coverage, allowed debris to settle into the well which allowed water and mold to grow on the window frame.
Liberty Basements installed a Rockwell Window Well and an egress window. This egress window and window well allowed for over 48 inches of natural light in to the basement. The features of this window, also allow Joseph to open and close the window at his leisure to allow for fresh air to circulate throughout his basement.
