After months of dealing with water coming into their basement every time it rained, and noticeable cracks forming along their block foundation walls, this Winfield, PA homeowner contacted our office to schedule a free, no obligation basement and foundation wall inspection. Liberty Basement Systems sent inspector Tyler H. to assess the homeowner’s wet basement and foundation problems. Upon completing his thorough inspection, Tyler concluded that installing WaterGuard, an interior drainage system, a TripleSafe Sump Pump to pump water out of their home, and Push Piers to repair their settling foundation is the permanent solution to the homeowner’s basement and foundation issues.    Once Tyler discussed the diagnosis and permanent solution with the homeowner, they were excited to finally have a dry basement for good! Liberty Basement Systems highly trained and motivated production crew, Jordan, Jarrett, and Colby was the perfect crew for the job. The homeowners use part of their basement for storing holiday and personal items, so it was very important that the crew put up a dust barrier before they went to work.    To install WaterGuard, the crew had to jackhammer a trench around the interior perimeter of the basement floor. Additionally, 3 sections of the basement floor were removed to expose the footing and prepare the area for the Push Pier brackets. Lastly, a sump hole was dug out to install the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. After the prep work was completed and Basement Systems' products installed, the production team ensured everything was in place and in working order. From there, concrete was poured and leveled over top of the WaterGuard Drainage System, The Push Pier System, and around the TripleSafe Sump Pump.    Liberty Basement Systems is very happy to know we could permanently solve the customers wet basement and foundation problems!
