Challenge
This beautiful home was listed for sale. Upon the inspection of the property, it was found that there was a crack in the foundation wall that needed repaired, immediately. In order to expedite the repair process to get the customer to the closing table, our Real Estate Response Team was activated.
Solution
Our Certified Design Specialist recommended the Push Pier System. This system would not only repair the sinking foundation and crack in the wall, but prevent any future sinking of the foundation. The repair was done in time to get the customer to the closing table, and the home was ready for sale.
