Inspection of the crawlspace

The inspection of the crawlspace showed evidence of dampness on the foundation walls and falling and moldy insulation.

Before Installation

Upon arrival for the inspection, we found falling, moldy insulation hanging from the support beams of the crawlspace.

Insulation has been removed

The falling insulation has been removed and a layer of TerraBlock and Cleanspace has been placed on the floor of the crawlspace. The foundation walls have been covered in SilverGlo insulation. This crawlspace is ready for encapsulation.

Installation in progress

The installation of TerraBlock, SilverGlo and Pier Wraps has begun in the crawlspace.

The SaniDry Sedona Install

The SaniDry Sedona has been put in to place in the crawlspace. The SaniDry Sedona will dehumidify the crawlspace and remove an excess moisture from the air, leaving the space dry for years to come.
