WaterGuard will capture water at the perimeter of the crawl space before it can reach other areas. The crawl space floor was covered with Drainage Matting to create drainage space and thermal breaks between the ground and the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier that is secured over top. CleanSpace Vapor Barrier will stop any moisture from permeating the floor and walls of the space. To ensure dry and healthy air, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed. In order to avoid having to install another sump system, which the homeowner already had, a drop-down duct system was installed.   After the project was complete, the customer was very satisfied with the outcome of their crawl space.
