Perimeter Drainage System
WaterGuard is designed to be installed below the floor slab, resting on top of the foundation footing. This keeps the drainage system out of the "mud zone", where drains can clog.

The removable cover on the port works well as an inspection port or continuous dehumidifier drain.
Perimeter Drainage System Sealed
Concrete is poured and leveled over the WaterGuard drainage system to hold in place and provide a clean appearance. WaterGuard Ports are installed on the WaterGuard to provide easy access to clean and service the system.
