Flexi-Sealant Customer Applied
Homeowners attempt to stop water from entering their basement. The sealant did not work.
Shop-Vac Water Removal
Water puddled in this location every time it rained. The homeowner would removed the water by using their shop-vac.
SuperSump Pump System
Production manager, Aaron Lenker hammered out a trench for the TrenchDrain Installation around the water tank and installed the SuperSump Pump System next to it.
Drainage System
TrenchDrain was placed in the trenches made.
Basement Doorway TrenchDrain
Any water that comes down the steps will be collected into the TrenchDrain. This will ensure no water enters the homeowners basement.
Interior TrenchDrain Installation and SuperSump Pump System
Once the products are installed, the final step is to concrete over top. If water would leak from the water heater, it would flow into the TrenchDrain and into the Sump System.
Surface Drainage System and Pump System Completed
Aaron and Steve completed the interior portion of this waterproofing job. These are important components needed to waterproof a basement. The job looks great, and the customers is thrilled to have a dry basement.
Discharge Line Installation
The discharge line is connected to the Sump Pump inside the basement. Once the pumping system pumps water through the line, it will be carried away from the home at a safe distance.
Concrete Sidewalk Obstacles
Sometimes there will be obstacles in the way of a seamless waterproofing job. Our crews are trained professionals to overcome those obstacles and create a solution to move forward with the job, even if that means digging a trench under a sidewalk instead of breaking it up.
IceGuard System
This patented design allows water to escape through its openings. This provides an exit when pipes freeze or become blocked, usually by ice or snow. Without it, your basement can flood even with a sump system installed!
