Basement Flood
This is what the customers basement looked like after a heavy rainfall.
Water Removal
With not having a waterproofing system installed, the customer would "bucket" water out into a tote. They carried the tote up the basement steps and dumped outside of their home.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Location
The pump system will be installed in the corner of the customers basement.
The WaterGuard System Installation Process
The WaterGuard will run in the trench around the entire basement perimeter.
WaterGuard Placement
Along with other Basement Systems products, WaterGuard will keep their basement clean and dry so they can use the space for an additional living space.
Drilling Weep Holes
John is drilling weep holes along the bottom of the wall to provide an exit path for the water that can get trapped within the wall.
CleanSpace Wall System
The customers walls were lined with CleanSpace. This is a heavy thick liner is treated with an antimicrobial ingredient so mold and bacteria will never grow on it. It also allows the water that seeps through the walls to drain down into the WaterGuard, then to the sump location.
Basement System Products Combined
Walls are lined with CleanSpace and The WaterGuard System in place before cement will cover the entire perimeter.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
A sump pump is a necessary element of basement waterproofing. The TripleSafe assures protection from pump failure, single pump can't handle volume in hard rain, and power failure.
The Basement System Installation Completed
With all the basement system products combined, this customer will not have to worry about a flooded basement ever again!
