These Shickshinny, PA homeowners purchased their home 3 years ago. It was not long before they realized their basement would take on a lot of water each time it rained. Their home is built on a slope, aligned with a natural spring right above them. Not only were they getting hit with rainwater, but also overflow from the spring. After hearing Tom's professional suggestions, they quickly decided that Liberty Basement Systems had the right solution to their problem. After jackhammering the inside perimeter of the basement walls, 132ft of WaterGuard would be installed. CleanSpace was installed on the basement walls, stopping any water that may come through to roll into the channels in the WaterGuard. Any water that enters the basement will flow directly into The WaterGuard System. The water will flow to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. An Exterior Discharge line that is attached to the pump will allow the water to be safely carried away from the home. Combining these products will ensure the homeowners basement will always stay dry!

With not having a waterproofing system installed, the customer would "bucket" water out into a tote. They carried the tote up the basement steps and dumped outside of their home.

The customers walls were lined with CleanSpace. This is a heavy thick liner is treated with an antimicrobial ingredient so mold and bacteria will never grow on it. It also allows the water that seeps through the walls to drain down into the WaterGuard, then to the sump location.
