Aging Sump and Inefficient Dehumidifier Issue Solved in Harrisburg, PA

Challenge

The homeowner had an existing sump pump and dehumidifier. However, the home was still experiencing a slight water issue and humidity.

Solution

When visiting the home, there are no visible water issues. There is no standing water, water stains, efflorescence, mold, or mildew. There is a slight musty odor. The inspector noted that the sump pump was consistently running and the existing dehumidifier was running high and was full.
