Job review from Nancy in Tafton, PA 18464 on 01/13/25

The job I'm referring to is our home in Tafton, Penna. This was not an average foundation do to the fact that under the length of this 2 story home, our foundation is actually a dry boathouse, 10 feet from the water's edge. Plus we are a group of 7 owners, cousins, this home was built by our grandfather and our 2 dads. Add to that, the home will be a 100 years old in 2030.

I want to personally thank and commend the professional Liberty representatives that came and reviewed our job, Cole Fisher and Camren Vovakes. Both were very pleasant and thorough in accessing what it all would entail. There was no delay in breaking down what was needed, the cost, options to fit our budget, how long it would take and the scheduling of the job. 

The two of them made this job completely hassel free. Mr. Fisher took on the role of our point of contact. I've never dealt with a company where my phone calls were returned the same day I sent them and followup to my questions were immediate, which is what Mr. Fisher did for us. I never had to worry about anything, Mr. Fisher was on it from day one with patience and attention to detail. Also, to myself and my cousin's surprise, both Mr. Fisher and Mr. Vovakes offered and attended our family zoom call to answer any questions, concerns, explain in detail "in person" sort of speak, to all the owners at once, on a weekday evening after hours for the two of them! We all live in different states, so that went a long way with us and very much appreciated.

I represented the family to make it one person to navigate this and lessen any unnecessary confusion. It was overwhelming to me and completely out of my wheelhouse. How thrilled I have been for how easy and smoothly the whole process went, I cannot get over it, not one negative thing. This was due to how Mr. Fisher handled our job. With our deep felt gratitude, thank you Mr. Fisher! 

My husband drove down from NH and said the work crew for installation were excellent. The finished job is perfect! I do not know their names and the foreman in charge, may have been James? I would really appreciate it if this could be passed on to him as well, thank you so much. The dates were November 6th, 7th, 2024, house (blocked for safety purposes).

I'm happy to spread the word to anyone that needs to hear it, that Liberty is by far the best choice for this kind of work and I can't speak any more highly of Mr. Fisher and Mr. Vovakes.
