Sump Pump
What made you choose our company:
We had Basement Systems install a sump pump 15... 20...? years ago which worked well for us. Lately tho our pump wouldn't turn on reliably... we had a couple instances this past winter where we had a few inches of water because it didn't turn on & I had to use our backup pump. Jiggling the pump would activate it tho. Doug was great yesterday. He told us the previous sump wasn't deep enough. We told him the previous installers told us they had to cut the sump's height due to hitting bedrock, but Doug kept digging to get the entire sump in the ground. Again... Doug was very very good.our service area
