What made you choose our company:

Liberty Basement was my second quote. I first had called Bakers Foundation repair out of Northumberland. Kyle Troutman told me I needed 6 piers along with supplemental beam and Jack's. I did not agree with the need for piers. I did not see signs of needing that. Because of this I called Liberty Basement. Todd Day came over about week later. Todd called Joey just to be sure I didn't need piers. We all decided I did not need piers, but I did need supplemental beam and jacks. Todd got on his phone and I was approved thru green sky in under 30 seconds. Aaron and his team were out a week later. I had been calling other contractors for months before I called Liberty. Every contractor I talked to said they were booked out for 1 yr. Liberty basement got back to me almost immediately. I can't think of any complaints at the moment. I still would like my second floor master bedroom flooring fixed. It would have been nice if Liberty also did second floors. It would be nice if Liberty could have somehow beam and stabilized my second floor. It still squeaks in areas when walked on. I did ask Aaron if he could fix that. He told me unfortunately no, they don't do second flooring floors,. If liberty Basement did do second floor flooring I would have hired them for that as well.
