A York, PA homeowner noticed the window wells around his basement windows were corroded and needed to be repaired. Due to the damage of the window enclosure wells he had; it was allowing for water to seep through. Mold, rust, and weed growth were a result of the water seepage and because of the corrosion, the wells were losing their structural integrity by detaching themselves away from the foundation wall. Next, the area will be dug to the depth required for the SunHouse Window Wells, if needed.
