Water Damaged Walls
Water that was entering the basement caused rot and damage to the walls and floor.
Water Damage
Another area of the basement also had water damage from water seeping through the cinderblock foundation.
CleanSpace and WaterGuard Installation
The production crew removed the wooden paneling and installed CleanSpace Wall System. Once the trench was jackhammered out around the perimeter, WaterGuard was placed.

TripleSafe Sump Pump connecting to the Exterior Discharge Line. WaterGuard Drainage System and CleanSpace Wall System.
Concrete
Once everything is installed, it's time for the crew to pour concrete over the WaterGuard. A WaterGuard port is left open. The port allows for access to the system if needed.
TrenchDrain Surface Drainage System
TrenchDrain takes water to an interior perimeter drainage system such as WaterGuard (shown) and then to a Sump Pump System. In this case, the water would be drained to the TripleSafe Sump Pump the customer had installed.
TrenchDrain Finished
Concrete poured to finish this part of the process.
WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Poured concrete to finish another side of the basement.
Exterior Discharge Line
The discharge line is connected to the TripleSafe Sump Pump that was installed inside the basement. The Sump Pump will push water through the discharge line safely away from the home.
Exterior Discharge Line
Liberty Basement Systems production crew dug a 50ft channel away from the home.
LawnScape Outlet
The LawnScape Outlet is the very last piece at the end of the Exterior Discharge Line. This is a very popular choice when having a Sump Pump System installed in your basement. The lid is also removeable for easy cleaning! It's flush with your grass, so it wouldn't be a tripping hazard AND it won't catch on the mower!
